Why can’t I see my collaborators accounts?

First, make sure they’ve turned on account access. To do this they’ll go to the profile button in the top left > select you (their collaborator) > select ‘Account Access’ > toggle on the accounts they want to share.

Next you’ll go to the Accounts page from the left hand menu > Filter > Show ‘Me + Partner’

You should now see all of their accounts and transactions indicated with a small colored dot and their initial in the bottom right corner of each icon.
