Why can’t I connect to my financial institution?

While other sites partner with just one tool, we have taken the extra steps of partnering with three different data aggregators to provide the best experience possible for our members. Unfortunately, we still have to rely on the institution and the data aggregator to work together to provide a seamless connection. Some institutions are more reliable than others and some occasionally experience service interruptions.

If you are having trouble connecting to specific institutions or if some transactions seem to be taking longer to show up than others, let us know by reaching out to support@range.com. We can often switch between our third party service providers to remedy these issues or open a ticket with Plaid/MX/Yodlee to get the issue resolved.

We've also built an easy way to manually add your account. Just select Add Account > Add manual account > Select category.
