We partner with third party services like Plaid and MX to securely connect all of your accounts and pull in read only data. These services rely on the availability of your institutions to provide connectivity to your accounts. Some institutions are more reliable than others and some occasionally experience service interruptions.
If you are having trouble connecting to specific institutions or if some transactions seem to be taking longer to show up than others, let us know by reaching out to support@range.com. We can often switch between our third party service providers to remedy these issues or open a ticket with Plaid/MX support to get the issue resolved.
